I confess...

I have a very Unhealthy addiction to craft blogs and HGTV. If only we had more wall space...
good thing we just signed a contract
to a much
Bigger apartment
so I can take advantage of all the projects that I've been putting off.
my goodness, I have so much to look forward to!
Here's to signing a new contract, getting registered for classes(in my new major!), a great husband, seeing family next month, a new baby niece or nephew, and FRIDAY!
Have yourself a very, very good weekend.

Back to normal life...

I can hardly believe that it's already been 2 weeks since our little vacation! We're happy to be home and are anxious for school to start! But for now, it's work work work!

Winner, winner!

She did it! My baby sister rocked the California junior Miss competition! Here's her row of faithful fans...I'll be the first to admit that we were a little border line inappropriate because we were so loud. (Aunt Judy was in the picture too, but she got cut out--our impromptu photographer wasn't too enthusiastic about the whole idea.)Beautiful girl, we are so excited to see you in MOBILE, ALABAMA!

Camping

Growing up, Craig spent a ton of time in the Payson canyon and has talked about going there together since we started dating. The six of us(Craig's dad, Craig, His two sisters, and our nephew, Codon) went up tuesday evening. Even though it was just an overnighter, i'm so happy we went. I love love LOVE camping!

Zoo

Here are some pictures from our trip last Monday to the zoo. It was so fun to see everyone--all the kids are getting so big! After a few hours of seeing all the animals and chasing after kids, I was so tired! My goodness, I have no clue how I'm going to keep up with my own!

I'm no blogger

I'm no good at this blogging thing... I get behind then I really get behind. I can't believe August is here. It's been 2 MONTHS. There are several excuses(lost camera cord, lazy...), but I think my number one is intimidation. I read all of the funny, adorable, and clever posts then never know what to write. So here's a quick little update. Much has happened, and we have a lot to look forward to:
-We've had lots of visitors.
-The semester has finallllly ended.
-We got a video camera!
-We leave tomorrow for Utah which means...
Lots of family!

Practice Honeymoon

Craig and I thought it would be fun to go camping for the memorial weekend to officially welcome summer and since Idaho has finally started to warm up, it would be the perfect weekend for an overnighter in the mountains. A little bit of backround: On Saturday one of the senior couples from Craig's mission came up from Pocatello and as we were telling them about our plans for the weekend, they said, "how about you go up and stay at our cabin up in Island park? It's not far from where you were planning to go in the first place." Craig and I liked the idea to say the least, despite their talk about bugs and clutter, so two days later we were on our way! Craig went to work Monday morning then came home and packed the car...

We were so excited when we got there, it looked like so much fun!

When we walked inside, we saw everything BUT bugs. My goodness, the place is 100 times nicer and BIGGER then our apartment. We were able to go bike riding, bbqing, and we were able to relax.

The cabin is located in a community right alongside Henry's Fork, a nice little river.
On our way home, we stopped by mesa falls. Too bad our camera died when we right when we were about to get a picture of both of us. This weekend was so much fun, we just wish we would've asked for more time off work...we look forward to the 7 week break when we get to go on our REAL honeymoon.
